Plan to spend about one hour in our offices the day of your appointment. We will begin by discussing what your goals or what procedures interest you. An examination will be performed to assess the ability to achieve the goals that you are interested in.

After a discussion of the options, we will provide a written fee quote which will include anesthesia and facility fees. At the end of your visit, you will be asked to pay a consultation fee of $125. Parking will be validated for a discounted rate.

The parking is located in the lot on Huron street between St. Clair and Fairbanks. The offices are located on the twentieth floor in Suite 2010 at 676 N. St. Clair, Chicago, IL 60611 which is between Huron and Erie.
